I didn't argue that. I will argue that part of that is also because blacks get convicted at a higher rate than white's who can afford a lawyer to get charges dismissed.

There are plenty of whites who can't afford a lawyer.
Whites who can afford a lawyer generally don't get caught up in crime.

Obama (who is black) had the opportunity to ask his Justice Department under Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch (who are both black) to prosecute those crimes and apparently chose not to do so.
Instead, he invited the criminals into his administration.
