Low on Logic, surely you realize that a sheriff disobeying the law and being held in contempt of court is no mere "complaint."

"The fact that the Constitution grants the president the theoretical power to behave in this way does not deprive Congress of the power to conclude that the exercise of that power is so contrary to constitutional principles and democratic norms that it constitutes an impeachable offense."

Trump’s pardon of Joe Arpaio is an impeachable offense.

Giggle and guffaw like a moron if you want, but Trump's attempts to obstruct justice and his abuse of power by using the powers of the presidency for his personal political gain is serious business.

Well, fine.

Nonetheless, we are a nation of laws that even racists are supposed to follow.

I realize this is likely disappointing.

I'm afraid YOU are completely ignorant to the facts. It wasn't just " rounding up illegals" this man violated basic human rights.
There was a man in center Phoenix once who had a warrant for violation of probation. He was watching his 6 month old baby while his wife was working. He refused to come out of his house until someone called his wife to take the baby. It was a stand off lasting a few hours and eventually the news came. Sheriff Joe came down the street in a tank and ordered his deputies to tear gas the home. Windows exploded along with doors being ripped down while shooting tear gas into that home. I ran passed the police and the man handed me the baby from a broken window. The mother was just arriving thank God. This was just another way for good old Joe to get his face in the news. He loves attention just like the president. He had no regard for that child at all. BTW that man was released in hours because it was all a misunderstanding via his probation officer.
Sheriff Joe is a birther and has bragged comparing his tactics and jails to concentration camps.

Yea this sounds rational and I'm sure putting this man who is almost 90 yrs old in tent city for violating a court order instructing him not to do the job he was elected to do would be justice for all.
Maybe your movie could at the end tell the truth which is that he did not put anyone himself into restraint chair that died from it- his staff did but not him. The ugly truth is that these people who they have to deal with in their jails have serious mental problems and or are high on drugs/alcohol so their behavior is way out of control and it this makes it very difficult to "safely" deal with them. Our jails are not the only to use such a device - it is pretty common practice. Or maybe they can do a movie about the people who usually get put into such a chair because they refuse to act like a human and are spitting puking throwing feces wiping feces on themselves and how the jailers handling them have to deal with them without hurting them or using any device like the chair. Even better would be a instructional video made by someone like you who think that the sheriff and or the tax dollars of this county should be spent defending it- with you dealing with the prisoners who are behaving like they do without chair!!
