So what happens if one of your child is sexually assaulted at a young age and you know about. What type of justice can you take for the taking of innocence? Should the parent or guardian have the right to kill the pedophile? Because jail time is not enough to stop the criminal and once he gets out he will be doing it again.

I would hope that I could have the law take care of it, but my first thought would be to do away the person. I think justice would be to put them in the general population in prison and let them take care of it.

You'd first have to prove that he is actually a child molestor. You'd have to provide evidence that if irrefutable and prove without doubt he is a child molestor. There are too many innocent people on deathrow. At the same time, a lot of these people get short sentences and let off within a few years. That is ridiculous.

What kind of assault are we talking about? What passes for sexual assault varies, sometimes bordering on the ridiculous.

I am talking about a male/female with your child touching them that causes arousal for the molester. And also if the person is kissing feeling up underneath clothing. And undressing the child and eventually having the child perform and kind of sexual act on him. I think all that above qualifies for the molestor to be killed but I don't know what do you think?

Read my previous post. I guess it would be ok if it fits what I stated. I'm against the death penalty, but I guess there is just some scum on this earth that will never straighten up.
Yes, because more than 70% of prisoners in jail have been involved in some form of child abuse, so since this is the sickest form of child abuse, they should kill the entire lot of those losers!~

The sexual act, if we're talking oral sex or penetration, would likely be damaging to a kid, so I'd draw a line at that.
