Obama has the justice department confirm that immigration is a federal power and that he was within his right to pass DACA and now the states are claiming it's a state right?

maybe he should have made it law with Obamacare when he had the majority in congress in 2010 but he did it before the 2012 elections to get the Latino vote and get re-elected.

Why do we even have a conversation about this? There is no doubt that DACA needs to go and it needs to go yesterday. It shouldn't have been put in place by traitorous Obama, but he betrayed Americans and screwed us over by EO. Time for Trump to keep his promise to get rid of it and start the deportation process.
