If she spilled something on her belly, she'd be the first to sue for endangering her unborn child. She's weird enough without spelling it out.

If the owner says so.

Yep...how many people have called 911 because McDonalds was out of chicken nuggets, or they were not served quick enough....

People are amazing these days...all about the individual....

Actually, a trip by the restaurant's Facebook page shows that most people agree with restaurant and think the woman is classless.

How about just leaving the restaurant alone. It is just a server's decision. (ONE server)

If the service sucks, don't go. This pregnant woman violated the dress code, therefore, her service was refused.
The server already said, "I would have done the same thing to everyone who dresses like this."

What more do some of you want?!
Definitely not easy to run a business. No doubt about it.

Buzz Inn is backing their waitress's decision to refuse service to a customer.

For a restaurant that has been averaging 1.5 star reviews since January, this is bold move. https://www.yelp.com/biz/buzz-inn-st...e-marysville-2

Customer says she was refused service. Waitress says she will refuse service to anyone who dresses like this.

Good to know.

Potential customers can use this information to base their dining decisions. If they chose the Buzz Inn, they can use this information to select their outfits. Hopefully, they will select an outfit that will meet this waitress's standards.

Unfortunately, sensational headlines sell. Sometimes, people ONLY focus on the headline without knowing the whole story.

Businesses are easily ruined this way.

This is why when I read a yelp review, I ignore the posts that say, "I have been discriminated against..." If the review says "great food" I'd go.

Another restaurant was just fine with it. No problem.

Regardless of how many here are offended, this dress code does not appear to be a community standard in Marysville, but rather the standard of the Buzz Inn.

Just read a list of yelp reviews. Lots of comments over the years on shabby customer service. Buzz Inn includes a bar that sells pull tabs.

The locals refer to the Buzz Inn as the Scuzz Inn.
You keep saying this. I must have missed it in the article. What other restaurant was fine with her clothing?

Probably Country Buffet or The Sizzler.

According to:

https://www.facebook.com/pg/BuzzInnMarysville/reviews/

"Waitress double charged me..."

"Got our food too late and the food was cold and dried out like it had been sitting out under the heat lamps for too long." So on and so forth. The average yelp reviews since January -- 1.5.

The comments you seem to be referring to are the comments under the owner's apology for this unfortunate incident. "We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and will cover with all staff as to how to not overly enforce a rule that is intended to make all guests feel comfortable."

So it appears the owners determined the waitress was "overly enforcing" a rule.

As I checked back a bit, the owner apologized for a staff members poor treatment of a person with a disability.

And so it goes. Sounds like quite the place.

Apparently, they have good Blood Marys.
