I dunno..because Contempt of Court could be considered a 'High Crime or Misdemeanor'?
Evidently it's not. Congress already set the precedent by letting Obama continue to implement DACA and DAPA despite federal court junctions from enjoining him to do so, and many Congress critters are insisting Trump should also continue to do so indefinitely. So if that's not the limiting principle, what is?
Everyone seems to want Trump to ignore court rulings declaring DACA and DAPA unconstitutional. I'd like those folks to explain why he shouldn't just ignore this ruling too.
Do you have a link to an article about DACA and DAPA being ruled unconstitutional? Which court was it?
They are going against the Supreme Court. They should be removed.
I like that you have two separate threads where you're weighing in as if you are some type of legal or constitutional scholar when, in fact, the content of your posts prove the opposite.
What does it ban ? Terrorist with more than 10 pounds of explosives in their vest ?
Islamophobia!Trump's deplorables are scaredy cats when it comes to Muslims. They act like Ted Nugent who messed his pants to avoid service to his country.

Reason: grammar
That's because to get to the sc the case has to have some type of merit. That 27 out of 29 is out of contested cases not overall.
Exactly, out of several thousand 9th Circuit Court rulings a year SCOTUS chose to review 29 cases in the cherry picked year so it's 80%! Using Sean Hannity and the Pundit for facts is a sure sign of brain damage. Most o f their rulings have to do with property rights and patents, I don't view them as liberal issues.
