Courts don't "rule." They issue opinions. (And before you jump down my throat and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, I have heard this from many Constitutional attorneys, and they should know).

You're not wrong. These courts are acting against what the Supreme Court has allowed in their opinion on this case. These judges need to be impeached and disbarred.
