The key word is "exclusive"...affirmative action was never EXCLUSIVE to blacks. People of ALL RACES benefitted from it. Including whites. By your logic, you should be against any effort to make America environmentality greener because it might help some blacks. And you are wrong that "Affirmative Action was implemented to help blacks."

Affirmative Action only hurts those that are obvious, through appearance, minorities. If people want to make use of AA policies, they have to be aware that some people in the future will wonder if they got to where they are, not through their abilities, but because of their heritage.
If there never was an AA policy, that could never happen. You come across a minority doctor, for example and your first thought would be that he must be qualified in order to get through medical school. It's not racist to think that. It would be racist to avoid going to a doctor because they were a minority, though.
Everyone has some degree of prejudice. Depending on what that prejudice is and how they act on it is when you could be considered a racist.
