Nope. Again... The baker will win for the same reason restaurants can refuse service to parties with children (age discrimination).
That is not even close to the same issue. Besides DOJ is arguing a violation of first amendment rights, that is not the case with a minor being restricted from certain restaurants purely because of age.
A privately owned bakery is not federally funded. And the restaurants in question decline to serve children (age discrimination). Now what?
Please read the link I posted. The age discrimination part of the CRA applies to federally funded groups and employment. It has nothing to do with public accommodation laws.

Neither does LGBT status. It's not a federally protected class.
Restaurants can refuse to seat/serve children. Wedding services/goods providers can refuse to sell/create wedding goods/services for LGBTs.
I have no problem with private businesses deciding who they are going to work with. They are going to lose a lot more business than they are going to gain, and somebody else will fill the void happily. Especially in Colorado, I'm guessing there were more than enough other bakeries for the couple to go to.
So businesses should have the right to show blacks the door and automatically reject black job applicants? Black businesses can respond by treating whites the same way.
Why? - if you don't like someone, why should you be forced to save their life?
You might think your life is sacred, but do you really have the right to force others to act on that belief?
Sigh, it's self explanatory.
