As usual, not a smart move by this so called smart woman. She is peddling a book. By holding out hope to her unwashed hordes of pussyhat knitting zombies she'd sell a few books. Now they will be disheartened and not bother.
But hopefully the rest of us can try to focus more on substance than silliness and relitigating the 2016 election instead of moving forward to actually work on making our country better so it works for everyone, not just the 1% favored by the GOP.

I'm pretty sure she tried and they turned her down. So did the Westchester Co. Whiners Club (they gave her a try-out but she went on and on. And only about herself. They said, "No thanks. Go away")
Then there was the Pound Ridge Cookery Club (her hubby desperately begged them to take her b/c she couldn't turn on the oven) but they said, "minimal skills are required." Thumbs down.
Of course, the NY State Alzheimers Assoc DID want her on their board because of her deep experience with that issue but, she shunned them. I guess she forgot they needed her "impressive clout".
