Walls in the middle of nowhere dont stop illegals who use planes. This fence in in densely populated Europe and stops people from walking in from Syria. 2 entirely different situations.

It's not a wall it's a fence, and it's only 320 miles long, versus the US Mexico border which is 2,000 miles long.
We don't need a wall 2,000 miles long. Just complete the 700 mile long double wall on the most porous areas of our southern border already approved by congress back in 2006. That type of wall where's its already been erected on smaller sections of the border have already proven to be very effective.
