I used to watch Sportscenter, and other talk shows on ESPN frequently. I no longer do- they are more concerned with politics, celebrities, and their own egomaniac idiot reporters.
I dont have cable but I had it on when I was at a Chinese buffet. What I saw made me realize why their ratings are down. News announcers talking like a bunch of millennial fruitcakes. Men wanting sports aren't going to sit there and watch liberal social conditioning... They'll roll their eyes and stop watching like I did.
Either these people think this will get them ratings or they are sacrificing ratings and money for the sake of trying to practice social conditioning though many probably think we like this stuff. Lol
ESPN is yet another network that has drank the Koolaide of the Left. Their ratings are slipping because they have become politicized. Sports are an escape for many people and they will tune into ESPN to catch up but when the panel is going on and on about players taking a knee during the anthem and skipping over the actual sports highlights they tune out and off.
Why should a sports reporter have anything to say about Trump or politics at all when you think about it.
ESPN is starting to hemorrhage money as more and more people cancel their cable subs and ESPN loses $7/month/sub for each one that does.
There is some talk that Disney may be forced to dump it because it's becoming a money loser. The SJW that have infested the place are destroying it just like they did with the cable news channels.

The fact remains, they are losing millions of viewers/year, and it's not because people don't like sports anymore.
