And whose responsibility is it to aquire skills to get a job of at least $15 per hour?

I know people who work two jobs, go to school on the side, rent the couch out to save money, etc. Because they want a better life and are willing to sacrifice to get it.

I am self employed, I work 60+ hours a week when its necessary for the business.

In the past I did the hiring for entry level people, minimum wage. I would ask why they wanted to work for me. A common response was because they needed the money or something to that effect. Those people would not get the job. Someone who wanted to work hard and be worth their wait and had some ambition would have a much better chance.

$15 makes sense in extremely high COL cities. How did people arrive at the $7 or $10 MW in some cities? It's pegged to cost of living. In places like the Bay Area, $15 is another city's $10. That being said, I've lived in LA, SF, NY, and BOS, and SF is the only area that I truly felt needed a $15 MW.

I won't.

Americans will love kiosk and tablet ordering, just as we love self checkout systems.

You seem to be gloating at the possibility of misery for those wanting a decent wage.

I agree just like I enjoy ordering things via my tablet or app on my phone over calling in. Like pizza or take out.

More likely to get what I actually ordered with less mistakes.
