Aviana White got into a confrontation with police after they pulled over her brother’s car and discovered that he did not have a driver’s license. White, who was a passenger in the car, had an outstanding warrant for a misdemeanor domestic violence charge from 2014, and refused to tell officers her name.
She started it.

The fact that both people exited the vehicle and did not get back in when told to by the officer automatically escalated that situation.

None of us were there and don't know what happened.
ASSAULT?

here is how most assaults on cops goes down.

cop stands close to citizen.

cop starts barking at citizen.

cop mildly jerks as they move in real close.

person instinctively begins to raise their hands up in front of themselves (most untrained people do this as instinct)

cop grabs person throws them to the ground tases them puts knee on head and or back ..they twist arms as hard as they can while not dislocating shoulders.

this is why so many people hate cops , flee cops, and shoot cops. because for some reason cops in the USA are allowed to bully and beat people whenever they like. from time to time one gets a slap on the wrist but that is it.

american cops are cowards who tase pregnant women for fun.

bull.

her history has nothing to do with tasing her. she could have stolen 10 billion bucks, she could have eaten 20 babies.

that has nothing to do with tasing her. There was no need to , they simply wanted to PUNISH her for being PITA.

cops are not supposed to be judges, they are not supposed to pass sentence, seek revenge or punish.

the cops job is to use the min force to safely subdue the suspect. tasing her was because they were angry. and guess what that is illegal. but sadly cops in the usa are allowed to murder people, electrocute people , beat people. and steal from people .

but i get it, you think "she had it coming" cause in your head the law only applies to you and yours.

A passenger in a vehicle is not required to tell a cop their name or produce ID upon request. The cop that tasered the woman had no reasonable suspicion or probable cause to detain her or use any type of force against her. The cop should be charged with assault and the woman should get a big payday.

Its stupid to confront a cop directly. They will do whatever it takes to win even if it means killing you.

Depends on the state. These states have Stop and Identify laws that require you to ID yourself when asked during a "Terry Stop". Other states can also do it legally as well if the officer has suspicion you are hiding something as this woman clearly was.
