It sounds like something he would say. I suspect he really didn't even know they categorized hurricanes. It's not in his bubble. It just isn't.

Well, as long as Trump continues sending the help we need down here in the territories, it doesn't matter to me. I'm not a fan of him but, so far, he and Congress seem to be taking measures to help us rebuild. We will see how it goes...

Donald Trump did not know a category 5 hurricane existed, something most of us learn in grade school.
