Handler later transitioned into explaining that "black white supremacists" are "black people who think white people are better than them."
Among the people the comedian believes qualify as "black white supremacists?" Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson, a celebrated neurosurgeon and philanthropist with his own children's charities. The man has a superior mind, superior skills, and superior accomplishments to just about anyone you can put up against him. The decision to toss him into that category is based on ... what, his political disagreements with a white comedienne?
We need more and more of this behavior. It shows the "white supremisist" accusations for what they really are, a political offensive by the democrats. White supremicist don't really exist anymore except in extremely small numbers. Practically non-existsnt.
Makes sense. Espousing a 'colorblind' view, where you strive to always treat people as individuals whose merit is based on the quality of their ideas and efforts and the way they express themselves (regardless of what collective identity group they might be a part of), is often viewed these days as racism, so it would follow that Ben Carson is a white supremacist.
The bar for being one has shifted, of course. In 2017, if you're not constantly aware of white privilege and how systemic oppression above all else holds certain people down, if you're not part of the struggle, and if you don't pontificate about these things at least now and then in whatever venue or on whatever platform you use, you do run the risk of being subject to the white supremacist appellation (regardless of what collective identity group you may be a part of, although in 2017 the risk is still much higher if you are white).
One wonders what Chelsea Handler (I had to look her up) would say about Morgan Freeman. Surely he's one as well. He said the way we put racism behind us is to stop talking about it. Doesn't that scream white supremacy?
And why do I give a rats a-- what she thinks! People need to be who they are, not what others prefer them to be, never compromise who you are inside and out, just to please others.
They can't handle it, that is their problem.
People today, just have to label a person and people seem to use Racial Issues at the drop of a hat. There favorite thing to do.
You do not change who you are, just to please others, everyone is created equal, except in ignorant people who believe if you do not believe as they do, you are an inadequate person and are not equal to them. Too bad!
IDK, he comes off as a brilliant gentle spoken man who seems to love others.
Maybe because he's like this, other people are envious and resort to name calling.

I totally agree and doubt there are even a dozen in the entire country, but I think most if not all of the morons that throw the accusation around don't really even know the definition! All it takes to be labeled that or racist or bigot is to tell the truth! LOL
