It is a plant and it would make a very pretty decoration.

[quote=PilgrimsProgress;49560275]I know what both plants look like but I didnt bother opening the link since the OP complained about his 'kitty' reference being censored. Doesn't matter which plant it was. What next? Banning supermarkets from selling watermelon and bananas?[/QUOTE

Bingo, plus fried chicken.

Oh, this just became a "thing" overnight after that college centerpiece faux drama. Let's watch and see if, once again, we can make something big out of nothing at all.

I'm offended by that display too, who in their right mind would pay that much for a vase and a cotton ball

Why are news sources writing a "news story" about some random person's tweet....

It is ridiculous.

FWIW, I know many older black people who have cotton hanging in their homes. Many of them, it is actual cotton that they or their parents or grandparents picked and it is hanging in the home to remind them of how far we have come as black people in America and how hard our ancestors worked so we don't have to work so hard.

I don't see anything wrong with it and think its ridiculous yahoo wrote a "news" article about a social media post and that someone posted it here and wants to act like this is some huge issue when its not.
