This is exhausting. To bring up and discuss a hurricane under the fake news or forced global warming arguments is plain silly. I guess Harvey was fake - ask Houston residents. I guess Irma was fake - ask people from the Caribbean to FL how fake it was. While the news may "seem" sensationalized with the Atlantic basin hurricanes currently, it's because too many times humans are stubborn and don't heed warnings and in fact get in the way of recovery efforts or worst because they didn't listen. Maybe reporting the worst case scenario is the best way to get people to listen. I for one appreciate all the advanced warnings so I can be best prepared, whether at the end of the day it was a waste (storm loses strength or takes a turn) or not (direct hit).
This is true. I saw CNN say yesterday that it was taking the EXACT same path as Irma.
