Some countries in Europe have been pushing this. Sweden and Germany among them. Countries with the biggest influx of male breeding age middle eastern refugees. I think perhaps there is a connection. The women in these countries bully their men into sitting down to pee, then they lose respect for them and want to import real men who won't put up with that nonsense.
