Since the ADA manual doesn't cover every single situation that comes up, these fit the closest.

Both equate to being separated. You can pull up any ADA related document you want and they will all say to seat the person away from other patrons of a establishment. They do not say tough luck, this one person is more important than the other 100 people around them.
Okay that is the solution to this problem --plus one reputation point--...

Then she almost made it out of the building on video when a person behind the camera had to antagonize her again to bring her back in to continue this argument some more.

That is one seriously calm dog. The look on his face is priceless.

My translation to it is:

Man I know I am here to help my master with PTSD, but this lady really needs my help worse.

I have to side with her although she had the manners and personality of a rabid possum. Comfort animals are NOT service animals. We had a case where a veteran took his dog into a Chinese restaurant and the owners didn't like it. He went ballistic and made a big public stink.
The problem is that people have a sense of entitlement which extends to everything and they've lost the ability to consider others and to respect others.
And was this an IHOP or a waffle house? People seem ready to fight and go crazy at those 24/7.

That dog is a service dog, not a comfort dog.

Not everybody has a sense of entitlement. Just because some"vets" took their comfort dogs, (and they shoudln't by the way) doesnt mean this vet took a comfort dog to the restaurant.

The dog is indeed a service dog.

I don't mind dogs in restaurants. I guess it comes from my years in Germany where dogs are welcome everywhere but it is children who are not. That's how I feel. Keep the kids out of restaurants. Let the dogs come in.
