The House Intelligence Committee’s unmasking probe named Power as a person of interest, along with former Obama national security advisers Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes, as well as former CIA Director John Brennan. Congressional investigators suspect that at least one of them may have tried to obtain the identities of Trump associates through intelligence reports. The people of interest are all expected to testify before Congress in October, Fox News reports, but likely in classified sessions.

Samantha Power Unmasked Americans at a Freakishly Rapid Pace in Obama's Last Year

But nobody accused her of leaking classified information. (Not that there aren't suspicions.) All she's being accused of doing is seeking a freakishly large number of unmaskings for someone in her position.

It is not unprecedented for a UN ambassador to make an unmasking request, but according to Fox's sources, the number is normally in the low double digits. Power allegedly requested over 260 unmaskings in Obama's last year.

...
Senators Rand Paul and Lindsey Graham have publicly complained that they think they were surveilled.

Months ago both senators formally requested information on whether they were ever under surveillance by the Obama administration or the intelligence community. They have been stonewalled by the intelligence community.

And she was an ambassador to the UN! What authority did she have to request them daily?

Can you imagine the headlines if UN ambassador Nikki Haley was doing this now?

I wonder if Samantha Power is the 'fall gal' for the other Obama officials, maybe even Obama..

So unmasking a unmasker is ok then? Even though the unmasker has not been tried? Are you guys for or against unmasking? You need to make up your minds.
