Meanwhile homeless bums are camping in the yards of nice San Fernando Valley neighborhoods and officials say there is nothing they can do. Why do people pay taxes?

Then you should drive inland to Spring Valley and pick those folks up.

True - - and we have our share of homeless as well. You're going to be harassed less in Spring Valley, though (lived on Dictionary Hill for a few years so I have some history out there too).
