The second amendment should exist so GTA 6 can be more realistic. Imagine a GTA based in a place like England or Japan today, Your character wouldn't even start off with weapons and getting a gun would only be possible till the midpoint or end of the game, boring...

"just anyone" CAN'T own a gun in the US, but ignorance is to be expected from anti gun nuts.

They could also make it more realistic by not having things like flying motorcycles that shoot homing missiles.

No right is greater or lesser than another right. They are all equal and have no degrees of equality.

I would have to go along with this.

Free speech is probably closer to my heart, and I know I have exercised that right more often, as I have never owned a gun, but I am not opposed to guns. I think there need to be some limits on who can have them (no one with a record of violent crime, for example), but then, I also agree it's wrong to yell "fire" in a crowded theater.

Agreed. Especially given the current state of the US. We have almost lost the right to free speech because of all the SJW and BLM bullying. And given the tendency of the SJW to violence, general destruction and looting, the 2nd amendment is just as important (remember the Korean shop owners during the Rodney King riots in LA).

Yes, because you can buy a gun in the local convenience store without any problems.

Both rights are important, but the right to carry is probably higher on the list. It helps to keep the others from being taken away.

As both are Constitional Rights, they're equal. However, the 2nd specifically states that Right "shall not be infringed," PERIOD, while the 1st prohibits only Congress, specifically, from enacting laws that interfere with 1st Amendment Rights.

Words matter.
