All we heard for 8 years of the Obama administration was the Republicans screaming about the deficit--now everyone is quiet--as they mull over a tax plan that will substantially add to the deficit:

I guess it wasn't that important after all, eh?

No one cares about a deficit. The only time anyone cares is when the Democrats are in charge. Then it's a HUGE deal.

I think the deficit is criminal. However, I realize too many are addicted to the government candy handouts and we do not have the political will to address it....sad reality.

Nobody really cares about the deficit itself.

What they care about is whether it's created by too much spending or not enough taxation.

Both parties are to blame but Boehner and McConnell and now Ryan and McConnell are delivering much lower deficits than Nancy & Harry did.

Deficts happen because an armed gang controls the money supply and the spending.
Keep voting, maybe the next crew will be better.
