What a bunch of scum to say the least. Food is spoiling while the Teamsters won't work unless it is all their way and more money.

They should rename that thing "The Conservative Nut House." I have neither seen nor heard any such report on any other news source.

Did you two geniuses know that Puerto Rico Still doesn't have any electricity, cell phone service or fuel? NPR reports that truck drivers in Puerto Rico often either don't have the gas to get to work/and or they don't even know that drivers are needed. Even if the Teamsters wanted to negotiate a) How would they get out the word to one another that negotiations are going on? How would they get to a meeting place to discuss their demands? How would they make these demands known to the powers that be? Two tin cans and a string?

They're also blocking non-union workers. Of course no matter how it all pans out the US tax payer will be on the hook either in direct relief or future bail out money. We have a totally one sided deal with PR that needs to end. Did they just not have a plan in the event of a hurricane? I live in a state in the path of hurricanes and we have multiple plans in the event of a major hurricane at both the state and local level. What would they do if they were an independent country? They would be ****ed.

Not a comment on the article itself, but that is a bizarre website. I don't know where the article ends. It just kind of stops and then they have a bunch of random pictures of random people I have never heard of with opinions. It's just like they copied and pasted content with a little bit of their own writing.

I MIGHT believe this if more than one source reported on it. Or at least a reputable one. Until then, uh-uh.

I'll tell you right now how this pans out. The corrupt PR government will play the victim and beg congress for a massive relief package, they won't let us control who gets the $ they will want control. A good portion of the $ will end up in the pockets of PR politicians and the politically connected and the other portion will end up being used on ineffective/inefficient union labor that won't get the job done, they will come to us again for an additional relief package(or two). Someone will find out that the $ ended up in the pockets of politicians and well connected and there will be an investigation that will take years and the findings won't be widely reported.
