Laws will not make them unavailable. We already have restrictive gun laws that utterly FAIL in making guns unavailable to criminals. More laws won't make one iota of difference. CRIMINALS DON'T OBEY LAWS. How do you not understand that?

Terrorist can be as simple as a person anguished because a lover or mate left them, or because they did not get something they want, or get to do something they pursued, including political, religious, envy, bias, greed they can't quench, lust they can't manage or whatever.. it can be anything that one conjures up as a anguish generator that they claim as the motive to go out and harm others...
Yes, they are. Federal Law: felons cannot have guns. 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). In Chicago (and everywhere else), felons have guns. That Federal Law prevents nothing.
