Yeah! Quick! Write the NRA another check and stock up on guns & ammo! While sane people understand the 2nd's going no where.
Well if enough people buy guns now there will be so many with guns that it would be impossible to round them all up and deport them, oops! jail them.

No, what the liberals are doing is sacrificing lives now for achieving the theoretical academic goal which states, 'no guns, no gun deaths'. Why else would left wing legislators proposed ineffective gun laws which exempt the people who repeatedly commit crimes with firearms in predictable locations.
The laws reach a point of diminishing returns, past which it is just chipping away at private gun ownership. Liberals are totally satisfied with sacrificing innocent lives as acceptable co-lateral damage to achieve their theoretical goal. the death of innocent lives is the fuel they use to push their political narrative.
If the tables were turned and it was liberals who favored gun ownership, they would hold up the great slippery slope and cry that passing any gun law would lead to total confiscation.
Ok, you have outed our real agenda..........we want to break down your doors and remove every gun from every home ! Assault weapons, shotguns, pistols, and even BB guns ! If we find so much as a slingshot in anyone's possession, there is going to be Hell to pay ! We will be dragging gun lovers out in the middle of the night and crushing their beloved weapons right in front of them and their screaming children !
