Hollywood glamorizes guns in many many ways. They glamorize snipers, assassins, vigilantes, military incursions, etc, etc.

Why aren't the anti-gunners really going after them, along with video game makers, as they make huge profits glamorizing gun violence?

Is it because Hollywood contributes so much money to the DNC?

Maybe because we understand the concept of fiction? I don't think aliens destroyed the earth and manufactured an endless number of Tom Cruises like in Oblivion either.

They also have bodyguards with guns but think the average person does not need a gun. They are special. We are just "Ham and Eggers" who don't matter.

Yet, those on the left (some not all) actually think a silencer actually silences....because of the movies....

Please. What celebrity has a security force as large as swamp monster Scott Pruitt's and we pay for that. That's not Hollywood fiction.

Why Does The EPA Chief Have an 18 Person Security Detail? – Talking Points Memo

I also don't believe dinosaurs are going to return because their DNA was preserved in amber.

We do have a ratings system for TV, movies and video games. It's not like there is nothing.

I don't condone him having that much security either. Especially at the tax payers expense.

The topic was about Hollywood hypocrites.

Did he make a movie that I missed?

We learned the difference between Hollywood and reality by the time we were five. What a shame everybody didn't.

I'm liberal and I agree. I loathe the amount of violence on film and TV.

Unfortunately violence seems to sell. I agree, it is somewhat hypocritical of Hollywood actors to condemn violence when they make money out of glamorising it.
