Of course it mean nothing -- he has nothing to give -- isn't that smart to be able to give nuanced clues.
We are just pointing out how ridiculous behavior it is for a grown man...that's all.
My guess is he's going to 'decertify' the Iran nuclear deal, declare it's not in the U.S.'s best interests, and begin the process of sanctions.
Not as frightening as nuking N.K. is it?
