How many of those 100,000 fled to the enemy while endangering other US soldiers?

How free can you be with a Dishonorable Discharge on your record.

He'll be like John Kerry and be a Democrat Senator in 10 years.

Words fail me over the sentence.

The coward dishonoured his unit, company, battalion, the Army as a whole, ruined the careers of honourable military men searching for his worthless ass and ultimately dishonoured himself.

May he never forget what a sack of crap he really is.

Let's not forget the physical harm which befell men looking for him.

Or Richard Blumenthal, the Democrat weasel from Connecticut who lied about serving. Democrats really do have contempt for the military and those who serve in it.

Five years as a prisoner and a dishonorable discharge seems like punishment enough.
I wonder if you both would think the same if it was your family member that was severely wounded or killed looking for that idiot.

I think the "judge" set a horrible precedent that could have reverberations for years to come. I guess since it's a volunteer army so you can decide to "un-volunteer" whenever and wherever you want with no penalty.

Oh, in other news his attorney is appealing his sentence as it holds a negative "stigma". Wants him to walk away with his rank and all benefits...

Thank the POTUS for politicizing the out come. He should have kept his opinions to himself. POTUS is his own worst enemy.

Question though....could one of the injured soldier take him to civil court? I honestly do not know the answer.
