Of course. Why should any adult need a permission slip?

I'm on the fence with this one. Birth control pills come with some potentially significant side effects. Women with high blood pressure, for example, shouldn't take them.

That's what warning labels are for.

The morning after pill is sold OTC, and that's much more potent than standard birth control pills.

You sell condoms in gas stations and public bathrooms ,why not?

Should birth control be allowed to be sold in stores without a prescription?
Are you kidding?!
There should be a brand of Cheerios with birth control added!

I think birth control should be free everywhere or at minimum available over the counter. I would be fine with birth control in candy dishes at every register. Conservatives should agree because if they really want fewer abortions, make accidental pregnancy as unlikely as possible.

Exactly. Make birth control as easy to get as possible.

There are potential side effects with many over the counter medicines. Read the warning labels on any cold medicine for example. Birth control should be fully labeled. Pharmacists, while not doctors, are fully educated and available for consultation. If more information is needed, go to a doctor. No medicine is risk free.
