Dallas bar owner after Nazi salute video surfaces: 'They'll never get back in' | WFAA.com

Did the bar owner have a right to kick them out and ban them?

Is this discrimination?

Why didn't the bar owner have that right? Are Nazis a protected class?

I think they he has every right to kick them out.

I wonder if the right will try to claim that Milo was discriminated because he was gay.

Why would people do that? I mean seriously, who with even half a brain would think that's an awesome hilarious thing to do? Yeah, if that were my bar I'd kick them out too, no hesitation.

"Protected classes" is a legal fiction.

Owner always has right to refuse service.

They can claim whatever they want. However, I can't see religious conservatives like Pence, for example, getting anywhere NEAR that argument.

OK - sure. You're on the philosophical end of the conversation.

I'm answering it from a legal perspective in our current society.

Are you concerned about Nazi's being allowed to salute at bars? Let them march back to the sewers they crawled out from.

These guys are crap starters/provocateurs - they know exactly what they are doing, and are trying to get the exact reaction that anyone would expect to receive.

They want that so they can claim they are victims, which helps them in their cause.
