I do think that the USA should maintain their inventory and keep it up to date BUT do we need ten fold the amt. of nuclear weapons. Really? If we have enough to destroy half the world do we need ten times more?
I think it is difficult for us to have this debate without really knowing what our inventory is and where it is.
