If the ludicrous myth was true, the Apple would be the best thing that ever happened to us, imbibing us with intellect and the capacity for reason. Without that, we'd still be rooting around naked in the dirt, s**ting ourselves and throwing it around like monkeys. Instead we are having a conversation on a global communications network where we can exchange ideas from thousands of miles away at speeds approaching the speed of light. Now we can fling figurative s**t at each other instead, which both smells better and is more hygenic.

wouldn't be surprised if the fires and mass casualties were cause by pot growers / smokers
Firefighters definitely traced one of the larger fires around here from last year to illegal growers. Firefighters had a hell of a time in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Cannabis can affect a small minority of people that are predisposed to schizophrenia.
Alcohol makes some people violent yet we're not going to make it illegal because the vast majority can use it responsibly.
