Race consumes many of these people. They can't look past skin colors. So sad it is 2017 and people still behave this way.

It's another CNN hit piece - Mayor Genocide loves the camera and CNN would travel around the world twice to find somebody to say nasty things about President Trump. She is one of their favorites.

Mayor Cruz is running for Governor of Puerto Rico - her goal is to keep her name in the news.
She should be a lot more concerned with Rosa Emilia Rodriguez than she is with President Trump.

Rodriguez opened an Investigation a week ago into 3 Mayors hoarding FEMA supplies and distributing them as "favors" - that has now grown to 6 Mayors and the FBI is investigation. This is all at the request of the Governor of Puerto Rico based on complaints by citizens.

FBI Reviews Allegations Of Puerto Rican Officials Withholding Hurricane Relief |Daily Caller - 10/12/17

As of now, the FBI is aware of six municipalities among Puerto Rico’s 78 municipalities where such activity is allegedly happening–including San Juan, Arecibo, Patillas, Aguadilla and Vieques. The U.S. federal prosecutor on the island, Rosa Emilia Rodriguez, announced on WAPA radio last Sunday she is looking into these claims and is ready to criminally prosecute any official who withholds relief.

San Juan mayor: Trump is a 'hater-in-chief'
Yes, Puerto Rico are a nation of takers...they don't pay federal income tax but want the US taxpayer to pay for their cost of corruptions and poor leadership.

As this seems to be your main point do you have any links to support this claim?

What caused this? Failed liberal policies.

The island has always been poor not because of failed liberal policies but due to a lack of natural resources to make it rich. Now we have a president who talks a big game about the flag and patriotism at football games but when it comes to helping fellow Americans whos island was wiped out by 2 consecutive major hurricanes we get the attitude that =

President Trump on Thursday warned that this administration's response to hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico cannot last "forever."

"We cannot keep FEMA, the Military & the First Responders, who have been amazing (under the most difficult circumstances) in P.R. forever!" Trump wrote in a series of tweets.
I'm sure the PRs dont want help forever but as Americans they should be afforded the same level of help given to other natural disasters.

PR will want free stuff for as long as possible. They will want their power restored by other people, their homes rebuilt by other people. Safe bet many did not have homeowners insurance.
