They were in an open bay. I’m not sure that that counts as indoors, but I’m sure no active duty NCO is going to say the Commander in Chief violated protocol.

Thank Goodness. They should do this more often. Every time the press asks a stupid question, just don't respond. Think of all the time that would be saved.
