Why is it always LIBERALS? I am sure many Republician are bent out of shape!!!!
Schools shoud not teach bible study_ in public schools. There are so many different religions in the world! This will only confuse the kids!

Progressive liberals want THIS taught to their children, but won't tolerate someone with a bible.

Taking the headline at face value, I'm bent out of shape over it.

The only time Bible study should be in the public schools is when it's in the context of a course studying all major religions and their impact on world events.

I want my kids studying the Bible at home or the church we attend, not at school

Researching a little deeper, it appears that was at a library, NOT at a public school.

If you want to teach your kids this, by all means have at it, but keep it out of public schools.

Science is based on facts, religion is mostly based on belief.
No religious studies should be allowed for a religion founded by a child molester.

Doesn't matter either way. People condoned that mess at a children's library. They actually brought their kids to go see a 5-horned demonic HIV infested drag queen, and praised it as a way to teach "diversity" and "tolerance."

The progressive left is sick in the head. Any mention of religion is deplorable and not right for children, but Xochi Mochi, the evil clown drag queen from outer space, is "progressive" and a valuable learning experience for young children.

Holy ****.

That was not at a school.

It matters to the extent that it's irrelevant to this discussion. This is about public school curricula, not optional story hours at the library.

I would imagine that would be covered in History/Social Studies.
And other world religions have played huge roles in WORLD history. Oh and FYI most, if not all of the slaves who brought to America were Muslim.
