You can't just make things up to support your view.
Then why was much of the plan delayed until after Obama left office? Didnt want everyone to have the wonderful benefits from it?

It was clear no one had taken any time to craft an alternative to Obamacare, which proves that it was all a scam and their only interest was in blowing up Obamacare, which they are doing, much to the delight of the droolers who can't afford healthcare and voted for Trump.

I'm taking a purely Republican view on healthcare these days, I got mine so screw all of you who don't. My only hope is those who don't have it voted for Trump.
It's never been about Heath care for that side. I'm convinced. You ever notice one side discusses health care and health care solutions. The other side is still trying to prove something about Obama. It's so personal with that side. They don't give a damn about the issue itself.

Obviously when one group is forced to pay way too much, while the other group gets the welfare handout, people aren't going to just bend over and take it.

That's the problem with liberals, they don't understand human nature.
Not to mention just fine spending other people's money until it runs out. The billion dollar question is.....NOW WHAT?

What really burns my butt is how those in D.C. and here on this thread can constantly whine, moan and groan about those "poor people" who can't afford insurance and demand the subsidies but for those that are over the subsidy line, even barely, well too freaking bad, they can either go without insurance at all, or lose a good chunk of their income AND have way worse coverage than those that get full or high subsidies.

How is that right or fair?

Of course they don't. They shrieked about Obamacare for 7 years, and then when they finally had the power to blow up something they hated so badly, they didn't even have the outline of a replacement.

Just absolutely pitiful.

Since the summer, insurers have been saying as long as Trump and Congress didn't sabotage the marketplaces; they were actually stabilizing. They were hoping rate increases would normalize. Many insurers reported breaking even or making a slight profit.

Here's something fun. This is a chart from the Wisconsin insurance commissioner showing the premium for a 21 year old on the silver benchmark plan. Please compare the increases of years' past to this year. The highest is about $625 per month for Brown (Green Bay), Door (the tip of the peninsula in northeast WI), Kewaunee (southern part of peninsula in northeast WI), Manitowoc (south of Kewaunee county), Marinette (NE WI bordering the UP), and Oconto (north of Green Bay). The lowest is about $302 in Green County (south central WI on the IL border). https://oci.wi.gov/Pages/PressReleas...lmentSLCSP.pdf

The people who are the most effective are not the subsidized people. Their subsidies will keep up with whatever increase comes. It is the unsubsidized who are struggling. There are two types of subsidies: premium subsidies and Cost saving reductions (CSRs). What Trump did only impacts the CSRs not the premium subsidies. To make up for the lost money, insurers are just going to raise premiums.
