People make poor dietary choices, and don't exercise. Pretty simple. Plus, we are bombarded 24/7 with bad food, and drink choices by the media.

Food isn't bad.

Too much food, makes one fat.

You only need to eat one big meal a day. Not 3, super-sized feasts.

Just go out and do some exercise on your own, and watch sugary and greasy food, limit the amount of consumption, that should prevent the obesity in the first place.
