Iran is not doing what they are doing in relation to Islam, they are doing what they are doing in order to become the Big Dog of the Middle East.
Whats wrong with wanting hegemony over your own region?

Iran and Russia DO have a problem and, it's getting worse for them: both countries don't have the young dudes to throw away in any kind of big war cause if less than 2 kids per woman in 2017.

Choose well: Mr Putin and Mr Ayatollah.

Considering all of Trumps bluster in conjunction with the waves of threads about Trump starting WW3 since before he even took office and he's been pretty tame in terms of action taken I find the entire premise of any sort of war or even military action vs. Iran unlikely.

Sounds like an MIC lobbied plan for profit.
Or maybe someone wants control over Irans central bank? Strangely if you look at regions with conflicts and rumors of war, it is in countries that their central bank is not owned/ controlled by a certain entity...hmm?

Invade and you’ll find out just how many “young dudes” they DO have.

No. The US hasn't won a war since WW2.

The US is very good at spending money on wars, but not very good at winning them.

The US is not very good at entering wars where there's something to be won beyond bragging rights for some inner circle at the pentagon and profits for defense contractors.

The US needs to take lessons from Israel. Go in, do what needs to be done, not care about bragging rights and leave.

Ehhh...if that’s the case, then let the Israelis invade and do it themselves. We aren’t under threat by Iran, but Israel claims to be.

So invade and do what needs to be done and get out. But that’s none of our business. Godspeed to Israel on that mission.

The US also needs to learn that there are times when it's not our place to "do what needs to be done".
