A man of character? He was a serial cheater on his first wife, only got in to the Naval Academy because of his daddy and then barely graduated. He crashed several planes, resulting in the death of others. Mostly, though, he stabs military retirees in the back by trying to take away their medical benefits.

are you kidding? mccain threw out his integrity when he ran for public office. he has done all the same things that every other politician has done to get into office, and remain in office. the last couple fo times he ran on repeal and replace obamacare, and when the chance came to stand up and fulfill his promise, he stepped back and voted with democrats to kill it.
or how about the 2008 election cycle when he "suspended" his campaign to go back to washington to help work on the TARP funding package, instead of doing the right thing then and opposing it?
sorry once mccain entered politics, he lost his integrity and besmirched his own character to gain power. how about you do this, come down to arizona and spend time with us and find out what people really think of mccain and flake. the only reason both are still in office is because the other primary candidate split the conservative vote, and int he general election the democrat was such a vile character that no one wanted them in office.
