I always support presidential vacations, it gives them less time to hassle the taxpayer.
^^^Booooooom!
+1 for Frank.
I can never wrap my head around people talking out of both sides of their mouth about the damage president X is doing while whining about their vacations away from getting things done.
Trump can take the next 3+ years off as far as I'm concerned and I'm good with it.
Is there a single Trump supporter here on City-Data with enough humility to admit that, on this specific issue, Trump is a hypocrite? He tweeted so often about Obama playing golf and yet he plays golf 6x as often as Obama did.
Trump supporters? Are you capable of humility or admitting that Trump is wrong?
I'm not a Trump supporter but what you are commenting on is political hypocrisy.
It's rampant and often defended as "well the other guys did it when my guy was in office".
As such, how are you any different than the Trump supporters?
What did you complain about Bush but Obama then did for example or are you too young to have learned this lesson yet?
Do we really want a President who is nothing but a luxury that is very difficult to afford?
It would be a lot easier to justify his excess if he was more effective, but as it is, the average pampered chihuahua wearing a diamond-studded collar could get as much done as Trump by just being snappy, growly, and ill-tempered. The dog would sure cost us all far less, and might be a lot better ankle-biter.
This is his 74th golf trip and 94th time at a property he owns that he gets a profit off of, no less after bashing Obama for years over much less golfing and claiming he'd never golf while in office, he'd be too busy.
The real question is what is wrong with YOU people who can't see this man for the pathologically lying sham he is?

Except he's at his property, so he's stealing from the taxpayer to take these mini vacations.
