We may have a lousy media but you are able to get all sides of an argument. No so when Cronkite ran things. He decided what is news and what isn't. We simply didn't know we weren't getting the full story.

I disagree. All 3 networks were featuring fine journalism in Cronkite's day.

In 2017, we have the DNC plants at CNN & MSNBC, plus ABC, NBC, and CBS.
