Don't these people think about what they do, even for a few seconds?

Awaiting the excuses for these people by the "overly P.C. snowflakes ruining America" brigade here on CD forum.

In what one would hope was just a terrible oversight, Fox & Friends this weekend aired a Halloween segment that featured children in various cute costumes -- including a black child dressed as a watermelon slice.

"overly P.C. snowflakes ruining America" -- ok, we'll take a break from that since you seem to understand the absurdity of the whacked-out PC culture.

Tonight, we'll go with the low IQ involved in anyone believing this is an issue. It's bottom of the barrel, dumber than dumb, nonsensical that the kid can't be dressed like any piece of fruit or a vegetable or a piece of chicken or a butterfly, what the heck ever. You would have flipped if he was wearing a jersey of a white athlete, wouldn't you? Racist.

Pick a topic that's worthy of some consideration!

They dressed up the girl in pink slime.

Did they assume her gender by using the color pink?

Respect the pronouns!

I think the robot was non-binary but at the same time anti-Luddite.

So much outrage...so little time.

I'm waiting for someone to say it's OK because in Africa they make a show of eating watermelons.
