Whoa, whoa, whoa !! Whose side is it that says "Lock em up!" to anyone they disagree with. Whose side is it that says that about people who have not even been accused or proven to have committed a crime yet (like Hillary, Obama, Comey, etc, etc) ?

Trump's administration has decided to protect him. Now perhaps there are good reasons to. Perhaps he is a good man who has run afoul of Chinese rulers and is giving US intelligence the dirt.

He says all countries are dumping their problems on the US, which is not entirely untrue. He says those Mexico is sending to the US, meaning illegally, are not the cream of the crop. While some illegals are undoubtedly good people, many are criminals including drug dealers and rapists. This is not untrue and pretty much like when Fidel Castro sent prisoners to the US and Britain set their undesirables to settle the colonies.
As for the OP, those coming across the southern border are coming illegally while Guo is still on a valid visa, not convicted of any crime so why would he be deported at this time. He is also basically seeking asylum in the US for political reasons. There is a difference.
Furthermore no where I have seen that Trump is personally granting him immunity. The President is one man, no matter who the president happens to be, he/she cannot do/be in charge of/control every action that is why there is congress, the senate, committees, appointees, aids, employees, etc. A President does not personally and directly make every decision within his/her administration.

I don't understand why Trump would want to be associated with someone being accused of a crime? Whatever that crime might be all it's going to do is make him look bad even more so knowing this guy is rich and bought from trumps resort.
