They convened at least two grand juries in DC and Alexandria. Boente was investigating Flynn and appears to have resigned on Friday as that work has wrapped up with the indictments.
Obama and Hillary are not covered under Mueller's charter for the investigation. The scope is limited to finding out whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.
If Obama and Hillary are going to be charged with anything, you will need a new prosecutor. What Mueller has going on right now is strictly about happenings on the other side of the aisle.
Most papers are indicating investigation about Trump collusion with Russia and obstruction. Not sure of Dossier is considered as part of Trump investigation. But he is going after all Trump campaign side people. Looks like they never went after Hillary side. But Hillary side of story is just came out in Congress hearings. Until now, no one from their side indicated any involvement with foreign entities. Muller scope is in Rod Rosenstein hands. We never heard about expanding score of investigation. We might see another investigation to cover Hillary side of op reserach.

Like the left in here keep saying, Mueller will go where ever the trail leads him. But, I agree that with Obama and Hillary, that would be, and should be, under a separate investigation. Their underlings, like the Podesta's, may be swept up in this current investigation.

The UO story was covered extensively in the newspapers while it was going on. May have been five or six years ago. It surfaced again in the buildup to the election, and faded away again due to lack of interest on the part of anyone who might have launched a formal criminal investigation. If there was nothing there then, there's nothing there now. The "scandal" was fabricated in the hit piece book "Clniton Cash". It's been dredged up from obscurity by the Trump team to try to deflect attention from him and Russia. That dog ain't gonna hunt. Check out all the current stories on it in the media.

Muller is investigating lobbyist Tony Podesta and his work with Manafort based on some nbc news. Manafort guy is appearing both sides. Not sure If Jimmy Dore conspiracy guy? He seems to have progressive ideas. He explains their side of the story with some information.
