That's not Hitler.
The mustache is the same, but the guy is at least 10 years too young, and doesn't resemble Hitler at all, except for the 'stache.
There are lots of people of German extraction all over South America, so it's no surprise one would make the claim he was Hitler; being notorious is as good as fame to lots of people.
The CIA doubted he was, if you read the text of that PDF. By 1955, the date of the file, Hitler would have been in his late 60s, and would have been very frail if he had survived.
But he didn't survive. By then, the CIA knew that. The OSS learned the fact from the Germans and Russians as soon as their guys entered Berlin.

In my youth, I used to be the same way BB was - brainwashed into believing that everything conservatives said is right, everything liberals said is wrong. But then I got out into the world, and was forced to intermingle with people well outside the all-American norm, and realized that they have some good points too. Not only that, but what I believed wasn't so much my authentic beliefs as just ideas I simply accepted as true simply because the self-styled "common sense oriented types" said so in a brusque, self-assured manner.

You do realize the Roaring 20s ended with the total financial and social meltdown of the country? I assume that's something you are looking forward to, or does Alex Jones have a "plan" for that? Maybe the gay frogs will save us all.
No one knows for sure if Hitler died in Germany. It was still a mystery. They thought he was burned but were never positive about it. Why I don't know. I was taught in college Hitler committed suicide but had doubts about it being true.
