Mueller knows he's going to be investigated in that one and as calls for his recusal get louder, he needed to get this first indictment out ASAP to take the heat off & create a diversion. He even released it on a Friday, the classic calling card of political propaganda.

I agree Trump does look like a fool for having hired Manafort. But to be fair, all the major campaigns look foolish for the hiring of their campaign managers. Hillary's campaign manager John Podesta is eyes deep in Ukrainian lobbying/influence peddling, failed to file FARA, lied about his financial interests, fell for a simple phishing scam that compromised Hillarey's campaign & was caught colluding to fix the primary for Hillary. Bernie Sanders' campaign manager Tad Devine, worked with Manafort on behalf of Ukraine simultaneously & is eyes deep as well. Foreign influence peddling/lobbying is commonplace in DC. Failing to file FARA is standard operating procedure. These have never been considered problems in DC up to this point.
Factually? No you don't because it has been proven otherwise. You might want to do a search on POC. There are a ton of posts on here about the dossier. You guys are really desperate. Hillary isn't getting charged for anything.

Republicans admitted Manafort would likely be indicted a longtime ago, yet Dems act like it's a huge surprise
It's even worse that that.
They act like it's a huge victory.

Here's how that works:

The story: "Trump was in Moscow for the Miss Universe pageant and had the same hotel room Barack Obama had slept in, so he had hookers pee on him in that bed".

The right's reaction: "This is completely unsubstantiated"

The left's response: "Trump was indeed in Moscow for the Miss Universe pageant, so parts of this story have been confirmed."

It was revealed last week that the Clinton campaign paid millions to have this dossier created, after months of denying it. It was revealed months ago that Christopher Steele had never met with the Russians intelligence agents who gave this information and that he had paid a middle-man, who in turn paid the Russians for the information he put into the dossier.

Clinton pays Steele. Steele pays Russian government agents. How is this anything other than collusion with Russia to effect the campaign?

They're gonna try anyhow, ya know.
Let them. Like everything else they do they will fall flat on their faces.

You missed the part that the company involved is an American Corp which was first tasked with the job by a member of the GOP through the on-line company he funded.

Also left out that Clinton Campaign never used the dossier in the election. Which if it were a GOP campaign would have been out in the open just in time for the election.

Who cares who first funded it? What matters is who paid the Russians and then hid the financial transactions.

The Clinton campaign turned the unsubstantiated dossier over to their friends at the FBI so they could surveil their political rivals during the campaign and launch the phony investigation in order to discredit the election process.
