A Canadian company sought and got permission for a Russian firm to invest in it.
U.S. imports uranium for our nuclear power plants. It would require a special permit to export it. Though why anyone would seek that permit is somewhat of a mystery as it is available at much cheaper prices from other countries.

It has nothing to do with it being shipped off. It has everything to do with the bribery and pay offs that made it happen.
The average Russian's opinion isn't important. But the opinions of Putin and Trump's friends are. They're the ones paying lowly Russians to troll Americans and destroy our political system by sowing disbelief in formerly trusted U.S. institutions, electoral and legal. Their plan is working; arguments on this site are proof of it.
