CNN reporting it is Muslim terrorism as the terrorist in the attack yelled "allah Akbar" and the FBI terrorism task force has taken over the investigation.
CNN now confirming FBI taking over case because suspect did indeed scream that per many witnesses accounts. Looks like this may be a radical Islamic terrorist attack on Halloween in NYC and he delibritely ran into a school bus.
Wrong. 15 injured. And all the news stations are reporting it as a terrorist attack, no matter what the national origin, religious affiliation, or skin color of the perp is -which has not been released by the police at this time. So get off your Muslim shtick until you know for sure, then you can gloat all you want if that turns out to be the case. Frankly, you disgust me.

There's not enough information yet to know anything about the perp. Eyewitnesses seem to have said an additional suspect took off on foot. I know where the West Side Highway is; I've driven on it. It's possible that the perp was drunk. Who knows?
The video I'm seeing seems to indicate it was a pickup, not the box truck initially reported. I hate this rush to put things on the air before anything's been confirmed, the only thing that may be worse is how poorly aviation accidents are reported.
I saw the truck on an earlier report. It was a white pick up Home Depot rental.

We're waiting for the OP to supply some confirmed facts supporting his thread title, especially considering the NYPD or FBI have yet to offer any.
